- Send marketing communications where you have given consent (you may opt out at any time).
4. Legal Bases for Processing
Where applicable data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on one or more of the following:
- Contract — processing necessary to provide the Service you requested.

- Legal obligation — compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), Switzerland, or the United Kingdom, this section applies in accordance with the GDPR and equivalent local legislation.
5. Sharing Your Data
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with the following categories of recipients:

- Analytics providers — to understand usage patterns (data is aggregated or pseudonymised where possible).
- Professional advisers — legal, accounting, or audit professionals where necessary.
- Authorities — law enforcement or regulatory bodies where required by applicable law or to protect our rights.
6. International Data Transfers
Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than the one in which you reside. Where such transfers occur, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as standard contractual clauses approved by relevant authorities, or reliance on an adequacy decision where available.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymised.
