1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Techo.ai website, applications, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. About Us

The Service is operated by Techoai Ltd, a company incorporated in Hong Kong ("we", "us", "our"). You can reach us at support@techo.ai or +996 500 128 992.

3. The Service

Techo.ai is a personal AI life assistant that provides AI-enabled assistance features and related digital services. Features may change, be updated, or be withdrawn at our discretion. We do not guarantee that any specific feature will remain available.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.

5. Your Account

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@techo.ai if you suspect unauthorised access.

6. Subscriptions, Pricing & Billing

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Pricing and billing terms are disclosed before purchase. Subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your account settings or by contacting support.

7. Paddle — Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service enquiries and handles returns.

When you make a purchase, you enter into a direct agreement with Paddle. Paddle's name will appear on your bank or card statement. By completing a purchase you also agree to the Paddle Buyer Terms & Conditions.

8. Refunds & 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all first-time purchases. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date — no questions asked.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and other materials available through the Service are owned by or licensed to Techoai Ltd and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

10. User Content & Data

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use, process, and store that content solely to the extent necessary to operate and improve the Service. We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. AI Disclaimer

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate responses and recommendations. AI-generated output is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, medical, legal, financial, or any other form of specialist advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content. You should independently verify any important information before relying on it and consult a qualified professional where appropriate.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

13. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law; (b) misuse, interfere with, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure; (c) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service; (d) reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service; (e) submit content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes third-party rights; or (f) use the Service to develop competing products.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law: (a) our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amounts you paid to us (via Paddle) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim; and (b) we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, however caused. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for breach of these Terms, legal risk, abuse, or security reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect, including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law sections.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Service at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the Service.

17. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection forum rights that may apply to you.

19. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at support@techo.ai and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may bring proceedings in the courts of Hong Kong as set out in section 18.

20. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Techoai Ltd regarding the Service. We may assign our rights under these Terms; you may not assign yours without our prior written consent.
